There will be an Open Meeting at the club on Monday 25th June at 7.00 pm to discuss the resurfacing options for the tennis courts.
Please can you let Adam know if you will be attending so that we can gauge numbers.

We are progressing the new courts at Dorchester, and we are now in negotiations with our preferred contractor, finalising the LTA loan and agreeing some final technical detailing.
But, we need to know you opinion with regards to the final playing surface which we put down.
We are looking for your informed opinion whether you would prefer artificial grass or artificial clay - which are the two options.
Following the meeting on 25th June then we will survey all members, and we will be asking if you have a preference or not .
I am aware that many members do not have experience, or an opinion on the surfaces; but simply just want new and decent courts at the club. If that is the case then please tell us that.
We will be discussing all the pro's and con's of each surface at the meeting - including how the courts play, maintenance, impac on other facilities/sports at DTSC and costs. There will be a brief presentation at the start of the meeting - to run through some facts and figures about each of the surfaces.
I hope that as many of you as possible can attend the meeting - and also that many of you will return your survey forms following the meeting - and we can make the decision on the court surface as democratic as possible.
