We now have a SumUp Card Machine at the club so that you can purchase drinks from the bar by card. Instructions are behind the bar and are shown below for information.
Sumup Payment Device Instructions
1. Ring up the drinks being purchased on the till and press button cheque to get the total;
2. Close the till drawer;
3. Remove Perspex cover from the Sumup Solo device;
4. Press button on right hand side of the Solo device to wake up if screen blank;
5. Tap “+” to add a description of ‘Bar’;
6. Enter the charge amount (minimum £1.00);
7. Tap "Charge";
8. Present card / device to pay when prompted;
9. The Solo device will confirm the success or failure of your payment;
10. If you want a receipt press the button and either select SMS or Email and follow the prompts;
11. Press done to finish
